1、 Overview:
The Lufa FYJ-JD-A composite high-efficiency oil fume purifier is an efficient oil fume purification equipment developed by our company to meet the needs of China's environmental protection industry. This product integrates multiple functions such as mechanical filtration and electrostatic adsorption, effectively removing various smoke and dust, lubricating oil mist, cutting fluid, quenching fluid, welding smoke and dust, as well as small molecule oil substances produced by the thermal cracking of polymer substances such as plastics, chemical fibers, and rubber processing industries (such as ethylene propylene diene monomer) in exhaust gas. It can be used alone or in combination with other exhaust gas treatment equipment.
This purifier adopts a unique structural approach based on the principles of impact, expansion diffusion, and high-voltage electrostatic field to ionize, decompose, adsorb, and carbonize mixed pollutants in oil and gas. It fully utilizes the advantages of electromechanical composite purification and effectively purifies the mixed pollutants in oil and gas. The outlet oil fume concentration is lower than the maximum allowable emission concentration of oil fume and oil mist specified in the Comprehensive Emission Standards for Air Pollutants (GB162l-1996).

3、 Working principle
Under the action of the induced draft fan, the mixed pollutants in the oil fume enter the primary purification rectification chamber. The special structure inside the chamber balances and rectifies the pollutants while physically purifying the larger oil fume particles. The physically purified flue gas uniformly enters the secondary grid shaped high-voltage electrostatic field. Smoke particles are charged in a high-voltage electrostatic field and undergo ionization, decomposition, adsorption, and carbonization under the action of electric field force, thereby achieving the purpose of purification. The setting of the final processing stage effectively removes residual pollutant particles, resulting in the discharge of relatively clean air.
4、 Product features:
1. The equipment adopts a three-level composite oil fume removal structure internally, with the primary having dual functions of purification and rectification, and the secondary having multiple functions of ionization, decomposition, adsorption, carbonization, and odor removal. The setting of the final processing stage can effectively intercept and capture charged particles.
2. Adopting two different structures of high and low voltage electric fields, discharge and adsorption, the electric field voltage is stable and will not decrease with the increase of electric field current, ensuring efficient purification effect. The electric field distribution device adopts a movable structure, which is easy to disassemble and clean.
3. Adopting high and low voltage power supplies that are compatible with high and low voltage electric fields, equipped with overcurrent, overvoltage, electric shock, leakage, and fault protection devices.
4. The air outlet can be equipped with activated carbon nano adsorbent material with odor removal function to remove odors.
5. The equipment casing adopts a combined box body, which is compact and innovative in structure. The air inlet and outlet directions can be freely selected according to needs, making installation convenient.
6. There is no need for high-voltage power lines to connect between the electric field and the power source, which enables power on and power-off when closing the door, making it easy to maintain and clean.
